Inside the room
How a class runs
- Warm-up game that burns off the wiggles
- Skill of the week, taught in small steps
- Partner drill with a coach close by
- Mat chat: one word about respect or courage
Thirty-minute classes, because that's honestly how long a four-year-old can lock in. You watch from the parent seating the whole time.
A day in their life at K3
Here is exactly what they walk into
No mystery, no hard sell. This is what happens from the moment they step on the mat.

Step one
A coach who gets down to their level
Every class starts with a coach who makes eye contact and learns your athlete's name. Not a room full of strangers, a coach who is genuinely glad they showed up.

Step two
Structure that actually holds their attention
Games, drills and movement built around a 4 to 6 year old's attention span. Never a lecture, never sitting still for long, and they leave genuinely tired.

Step three
The first real win
The first time they throw a real strike on a real pad and the room cheers. That is the moment parents tell us they see something change.
Every black belt started as a beginner.
The whole idea behind Lil' Dragons
Questions parents ask
Before you book their first class
They have never done anything like this before.
Good, most of ours have not either. Everyone starts at white belt, at their own pace. There is no behind here.
They have a lot of energy. Will they keep up?
This class is built for exactly that kind of energy. The structure gives it somewhere to go instead of asking for stillness.
What do they need to bring?
Just a t-shirt, shorts and bare feet for the first class.
Can I watch?
Every class, every time. You are right there in the parent seating the whole time.
