    Before you book

    Party questions

    Coach-led games, obstacle courses, kick and punch stations, a board break for the birthday athlete, a group photo and the party area. We set up and we clean up.

    Plan on about 90 minutes: mat time with the coaches first, then cake and gifts in the party area.

    Cake, drinks and anything you want on the table. Guests wear comfortable clothes and train barefoot. No uniform needed.

    The sooner the better, especially for weekends. Send us your date and guest count and we will confirm what is open.

    None at all. Everything is taught on the spot and the coaches run the whole thing.
