    How a class runs

    1. Dynamic warm-up
    2. Technique of the day, drilled with a partner
    3. Pressure drills under fatigue
    4. Cool down and debrief

Teens train alongside adults, which is exactly why it works. Nobody talks down to them and nobody lets them coast.

Before you book your first class

I am not in shape yet.

Nobody starts in shape. You work at your own pace and the conditioning catches up faster than you expect.

    Do I need experience?

No. Every class is taught in layers, so a first-timer and a veteran both get a real workout.

    What should I bring?

T-shirt, shorts and water for the first class.

    Can teens train here?

Yes, ages 13 and up train alongside adults. That is exactly why it works.
